1896 Calusa is a wonderful home. Very clean and modern. Great location if you are bringing a boat or renting one during your stay. Quick out to open water without wasting time through the canals. Huge pool. Very nice beds and furniture. Property manager Sarah was awesome. Responded quickly with any questions or needs.
Beautiful, comfortable home with a great view!
This house was so spacious and the view was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of linen. Every part of this house was so clean! It was chilly when we were there, wish the pool would get warmer, we didn’t get to swim but the hot tub was an absolute pleasure along with the outdoor table and chairs! I would definitely rent this house again, it’s just a few minute drive to everything! Thanks for a great stay!
Gorgeous Island Getaway!
This property is absolutely stunning! Great location, only a short drive to the beach. The pool area was the highlight for us! Heated pool with a jacuzzi attached, all accessible from the master bedroom and living room area. The master bedroom is gorgeous and has a massive shower and tub. It was just me and my husband, but this property would be wonderful for a big family trip with 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Our host, Sarah, was great! She would respond very quickly to any questions we had, and she was very accommodating! I highly recommend renting from this host, and we would gladly rebook in the future!

By far the best vacation we've had on Marco! The location is great. Took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach! The owners went above and beyond with the furnishings in this home. We will return for sure! Thank you Beachside Oasis for a great family vacation.
Perfect Stay in Marco!
Amazing spot right on the beach with excellent balcony views and resort feel! Super clean and spacious with everything you need for cooking and relaxing at home. Close to shops and excellent restaurants. AMAZING communication with Sarah who was there for anything we needed and especially helpful when we found ourselves without a place to stay unexpectedly. She went out of her way last minute and was very kind and friendly and communicative. Really perfect place to stay in Marco!
Spring Break Success!
Our family stayed at this property for our spring break. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. We had a little confusion with getting into the building at first, but she got right back to me despite it being very late at night. Additionally, the umbrella that was provided for use at the beach was broken when we tried to use it and Sarah brought a new one the same day! We would definitely stay with Sarah again!

My family had a wonderful time here. The home was clean and great location! Kids loved the pool and fishing off the back dock and seeing all the sea creatures passing by. Had a mishap with the washing machine and Sarah was on top of it and had a new washing machine delivered the next day. Sarah was always quick to respond and very helpful. Our family will definitely be back!
