In order to receive compensation for real estate related services such as rental referrals, you must hold an active real estate license.
A Beachside Oasis referral specialist will notify you within 5 business days after submitting your referral whether it qualifies. See if your property qualifies.
The onboarding process takes 2-3 weeks. The referral specialist will contact you after the property is active.
